I renewed my contact last month, this was supposed to include xbox gamepass ultimate. I've waited until I've had my first full bill since renewing, yet have still not received the email with instructions and code. When I look under "your products" tab on the desk top page Game Pass is not there as an extra, also if I click on the gaming link tab and press on "sign in and get game pass ultimate" it sends me back to my own Bt home page, with no game pass link.
Have tried calling the Bt help line, but have been on hold for an hour, so thought I'd try here.,
