Hi, I followed the video instruction and installed the Norton virus protection and password manager. However, I can't get the password manager to work in my browser (tried both Firefox and Chrome and with the latest version).
Basically, when I click the icon in the browser toolbar, it shows the screen in the first attachment, and if I click "Next", it shows an error message saying "The service is unavailable." (in the second attachment).
Hi @wanjizheng, welcome to the forum, and sorry you're having a problem setting up the password manager on the browser.
If you're still experiencing a problem with this would you try clearing the cookies and cache? Then try one more time to install it. Post back and let us know how you get on.
