Norton Password Manager iphone app login issues

My iphone recently updated to IOS 18.4.1 since then I lost access to the Norton Password Manager app.  I removed the app and reinstalled but now when it opens it prompts for me to sign in but then just get the swirling wheel and nothing happens.  I use this app to approve logins on my phone and computer so causing some issues

This doesn't work.  I had had this iphone for over a year and is was following the latest IOS update I had issues with the mobile app.  It opens but when go to sign in there is nothing but the swirling wheel like it is trying to connect but doesn't let me anywhere near any features or setting
