I have activated Norton Security on my PC and had enabled Norton Password.
I also downloaded the Norton Password App onto my Samsung Tablet and Phone.
However, the vault on the PC is different to that on the Tablet and Phone.
The Tablet and Phone have the same vault with the same password.
Both the vaults have the same username.
You can image the problem I initially had trying to open the vaults with the passwords not necessarily working.
How do I synchronise the vaults on my Tablet and phone with the PC?
Just gone into my PC browser and opened Norton password. The list of logins is the same as my phone and tablet., which suggest they are using the same vaults but why do I have two vaults? When I log in to the vault on the PC it is empty.
I will close this query and investigate further.
