Since downloading Norton I have an almost permanent popup from Norton in the top right hand corner of my screen that leads to a "special offfer for adblocker for £29 per year, how do I get rid of it?
Sign in to My Norton, Open Norton. Tap “Administrative settings.” Scroll down to special offer notification, and turn it to off. (set to on by default). I just found this as I have the same problem so hopefuly that should stop the pop up.
