Hi, I have just had a new laptop and managed to download Norton onto it but it's also asking me to sign in! I've never had to sign in on my old laptop and assumed it would be my BT log in due to Norton being attached to my BT account but no cigar! Have I actually set up an account! I don't know or do I create one and hope for the best. Any thoughts please.
