Sorry that you're having a problem installing Norton.
Have you Norton installed ok on any other devices?
Do you get any error message when trying to install it?

If you keep getting a server error when signing into the BT Virus Protect app you’ll need to go to My BT > Your Security and click Switch to Norton first.
If you still keep getting server errors, you may not be signing in as the Account Holder. Make sure you sign in using the primary BT ID.

Thanks for the reply. I had downloaded it okay on another device. I have spoken to BT technical and they ran through a few things, we’re not sure what it was but after deleting a few things and updating windows 11 it’s now working.
