Parent control

Hello,i have the bt mobile app however it will not allow me to set up parent control on how long a device can access Internet on each device. 

Can anyone help?

Hi,thanks I have, It tells me to download bt app which I have done all other controls work except the one that controls the time of a device being connected.Im doing this on a samsung mobile not sure but it's definitely a fault.

I would recommend reaching out to our technical team for some support, they will be able to take a further look into it for you and if its still not letting you setup the control timers they can raise the fault to help get it sorted.

Update i reached out to support team and its been resolved i just needed to add the disk set up on app!
