Parental controls and new app

Since I updated my BT app the parental controls feature does not work and its really becoming an issue now ! I have tried everything and still it is not working as it was before.

8/10 times I cannot even access that section to check devices name and other times I can't even access it. This feature was one of the main features why I've stayed with BT 

Any help appreciated, as I've tried everything in the forums and it still does not.

Extremely blood frustrated !

I don't use Parental Controls but I think you must turn on "Wifi Security" within the app first which will then allow access to the "Access Controls" in the app.
