I'm unable to set up the parental controls for home broadband either via the webpage or the app - there is no link to 'manage my extras' or 'parental controls' and I'd like a forum moderator to contact me on this urgently please.
This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers and will not be able to deal with any issues relating to your account.
The only BT Employees are the forum moderators, who may offer to help, when everything else has been tried.

I’ve tried everything already including looking at advice on this forum. As you probably know, phoning 150 is practically useless. I don’t know how to progress this. Not being able to set up parental controls is a serious safeguarding failure.
Use the "message now" option on the link I posted. That is the quickest way to get it sorted. The moderators could take a week before they picked up any request, and they would only pass it to the back office team.
Parental controls are easily bypassed by users on your home network.
