Hi, I have applied parental controls through the MyBT portal. It has worked well on all mobile devices in the household but it has not worked on the laptops.
I have the BT hub (black rectangular box) connected to a BT mesh (white disc). All connections either mobile or laptop are made through the BT mesh discs.

Have you tried restarting the laptop since you set up the Parental Controls?
Are you using a VPN on the laptop?
Yes, the laptops have been restarted and VPN is deactivated.
Have you tried restarting the BT Hub?
If the Parental controls are working for your other devices it would appear to be some setting on your laptops that are causing them not to work on the laptops.
Make sure that your laptops are using the BT DNS settings.
