Re: BT Anti Virus Switched from Norton

Hi

I have this exact same problem. I am running windows 10 pro. I have removed Norton (previously supplied by BT protect) and also run the mcafee  MCPR tool. However when I select the Manage button on the mybt Security>Your Security>BT Virus protect screen it redirects to the Mcafee page shown above? There is no button to click or a download starting. I also notice the mybt site still referrs to McAfee in various places.

Can you advise please?

Many thanks

Re: BT Anti Virus Switched from Norton

@mike_pilbeam I'm sorry about that, can you try clearing your cookies and cache? There was a problem on Thursday that was resolved. Let me know if you need any further help?

Thanks

Neil

Re: BT Anti Virus Switched from Norton

Hi

I tried clearing cache and cookies but the same result. The mcafee window that pops up, has correct details from when I was running it before Norton replaced it a year or so ago?

Any other pointers?

Many thanks
