Hello 

Sorry to bother you but I am having the exact same problem and have been trying to figure out for months how to sort it out (when I call BT the advisors have no actual knowledge of the actual Cloud storage app, so resolving it with them is impossible). 

Would you be able to send me details of how you sorted it?

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers and will not be able to deal with any issues relating to your cloud account.


Try calling 0330 1234 150

You can message BT using the "message us" links on the help pages. That is usually effective.

Cancellation of any services can only be done by phone.

Thank for the reply - yes, I understand it is a Customer to Customer forum, but as the person had the same issue I am having (and resolved it) I was just querying who they spoke to / the process they went through to sort it out.
