Hi, I'm receiving the MBB3-04 message when I try and access my BT Cloud and have seen you've been able to help others. Would you be able to help me with regaining access please? Thank you
Hi Markir This was fixed by the BT support team, who privately messaged me. Unfortunately, I am unsure what they did at their end, Hopefully, they will send you a private message.
