full works has been added and all other channels work but not sky sports ones via NOW TV. Someone was supposed to call yesterday - I have spent over 5 hours on the phone across a couple of weeks - also didn't go to work as wanted to be in for tech call. I don't get paid if I don't go to work. Not happy.
if I go on mobile app it has a black screen with choose your membership if I select any sky sports channel.
all other channels work. It it Now TV sport that doesn't. My Now TV account has not updated to my new package and still has the old one - big entertainment showing. It also has sky sports mobile showing but that doesn't work.
