I've successfully been using groups on the My BT app to control all the devices in my house, as different age kids go to bed at different times. However, after a power cut earlier this month (don't know if it was the cause of my issue or just a coincidence), now the app keeps clearing all the groups. I log into it and add devices to a group, then as I go to add devices to other groups, the previous groups are cleared.
My children will easily stay up all night watching YouTube or tiktok, then only get up in mid afternoon. I don't know how I'm going to manage getting them back into a decent sleep routine when school opens again after half term. I work nights so can't be there to tell them to sleep, and my partner sleeps early, easily before the kids are even tired.
I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but it hasn't worked. Would've been so much better with an interface on the pc. I have a smart hub 2
