Retain Norton Security when ceasing BT Broadband

I'm ceasing my BT Broadband as I'm moving in with someone else, but can I retain my Norton Security on my devices by e.g. taking over my subscription and paying for it direct?

No. You would need to take out a subscrption directly with Norton which would probably involve uninstalling the BT version and installing the full Norton version.
