Transfer BT Cloud data to Microft365 or other in anticipation of BT Cloud closing

Hi All,  Please forgive my ignorance but I'm confused as to how to transfer my BT Cloud data to another cloud provider, in anticipation of BT Cloud closing 31 October 24

Essentially you need to download all the content and then re-upload to a different cloud storage provider.
