I've been having issues on and off for months, with connection dropping repeatedly for seconds at a time and recently got a replacement hub which seemed to help, however it's started again in the past day or so.
I've been streaming on my TV via my ps4 and it seems like every 5-10 minutes or so it will buffer for a few seconds, then reconnect. Before contacting support I thought I'd use the in browser troubleshooter however I keep getting redirected and going around in circles. I've cleared my cookies in browser which hasn't helped, I've also tried using the myBT app but I keep getting an error message on that when I try and access the help sections.
Are there any known issues with the troubleshooting tool/website/app currently?
