I recently upgraded to 900mbs bb from BT, it works great, however whenever I go to re-deem the Xbox game pass I get a big red box error with the words "This part of BT.com is down for Maintenance" - and it's been saying that for over a week now.
Any ideas when they will fix this part of the site? Everything else works fine.
Its not going to get fixed. You have to phone the number and talk to the Tech guys.
I've been trying for a month now spoke to them for the third time today and still waiting for a reply from Microsoft with a code.
The Tech guys just fill in a form and send off to MS so they are blaming MS.
