Hi, he is logged into his MS account on his PC (the machine he intends to use game pass on), I logged into the BT website & tried to add Game Pass to the account, but after clicking accept & proceed I'm met with an unable to complete error message (I don't recall the exact wording).
Am I doing this the wrong way or is this something else?
The account has been active for a long time it's not a new install.
