Unable to manage security settings

Hello,

My security settings are activated although they are showing as not .

The page shows activate button as if they are not activated. So i have no way of managing parental controls etc.

From reading the community boards this looks like a common problem.

I chatted with an online advisor on Sunday who assured me this would be sorted by today. I have heard nothing since. Be grateful if someone could help sort this for me.

So, been fobbed off twice now by online advisors saying the issue would be fixed . It's obviously a known problem but doesn't seem there's a simple fix. Luckily i've only recently renewed my contract so have the option to cancel, if you have the same issue you have my sympathies .
