I've seen similar posts and appears it needs mods to assist?

My 6 month Xbox gamepass recently expired (this or last week) its definitely cancelled auto renewal as mybt only offers option to readd.

I can't pay or redeem codes I get them following message

PUR-ConversionBlockedSyndicated

Which I've seen similar posts, could I get some help please?
