Same request as others really, can someone unlink my BT account with Xbox please?
I had a pass for a month over Christmas/New Year, turned off renewal in MyBT and got email confirmation, but my Xbox account is still flagged as "Ultimate" even though I don't have an active subscription.
I also received the email doing the rounds about fraudulent activity, but I no longer have access to any extras in MyBT, including the Xbox add-on.
I would like to return control please, I have received a 3 month code as a gift that I cannot use.
