<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
I did not update to the Norton Virus Protection within the timescale. I still have a current contract with BT but my Account page does not have the YOUR SECURITY option in the top menu so I can't get to the Virus Protect option.
When you log onto the "MyBT" website, on the very first page you need to scroll down to the "Get More From My BT" section and you'll find security in there!
I only learn by making mistakes and owning up to them - boy do I learn a lot!
