I purchased a 5 day bt wifi package on my credit card and been charged twice? Is this normal? Will I be eligible for a refund? Please help.

I'm sorry for any confusion with the hotspot charges. The quickest way to sort that our would be to contact our customer service billing guys on 0330 1234 150.
Can you try that and let me know how you get on?
