I renewed my contract over 4 weeks ago and was told it came with free access to the Xbox Game Pass. There is no "content Partners" section anywhere on my BT profile or product management areas.
There is no reason why this should be as hard as it is. There is zero help on the BT website and a simple direct link on the email I was sent regarding this would have been great.
Can anyone ease my pain and help me out? Calling up BT for this issue seems crazy.

Did you just renew your existing contract or did you upgrade your broadband package to FTTP 900.?
It was an upgrade. This is confirmed in my account information.

I have contacted them and I am waiting for a code to come through via email. Up to 7 days wait I was told.
