Hi all. Recently upgraded to Full Fibre 500 and received an email shortly after stating i was had an xbox game pass ultimate 6month included so my son was happy with that.
Everytime I go and try redeem it I get an error. Tried on various laptops, iphones but still the same error. I tick the T&Cs box but then get the error message saying 'unable to process your request'.
Any ideas?
