Hi, I took out BT Broadband in September and I’ve been trying to get Game Pass (12 months) added as per my sign up offer but each time I get the following error message: ‘We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2.’
it’s quite frustrating because I’m not getting the service I paid for, how can I get this sorted as ringing hasn’t done anything?
