Hi, I took out BT Broadband in September and I’ve been trying to get Game Pass (12 months) added as per my sign up offer but each time I get the following error message: ‘We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2.’
it’s quite frustrating because I’m not getting the service I paid for, how can I get this sorted as ringing hasn’t done anything?

@Peter_W When you ring the number provided on the error message it takes you to the BT Broadband fault line which isn’t the issue. My broadband is working fine. I believe the issue (looking around other posts on this forum) is I was supposed to receive a web form or something to activate Xbox Game Pass but it looks like that was never sent. If you’re able to do this manually that would be a huge help.

The ‘message now’ option appears but whenever I click it I can’t access live chat for whatever reason.
