Just upgraded to full fibre and trying to add xbox game pass (part of the deal ) but says site down for maintenance, any idea how long for, it said to call but when I do it says reporting a fault on the line instead of.
Any help much appreciated

you need to wait at least until the 14 day cooling off period has passed from your activation date before you can add xbox pass
Thank you, that makes perfect sense, will try it once this period is up.
what was confusing is the e-mail says "You can activate it in the next 14 days" - should read after 14 days.

hmmm it has been more than 14 days and still the same error
We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2.
Any advice apart from calling, it takes ages
@mattyjoyce71 A form will need to be sent to get your Game pass code sent out within 7 working days. I will send you a private message to get some details.
