Hi,
I received an email stating i should log into myBT and activate the Xbox games pass via the content partners section. However after logging in, there appears to be no such section.
Any Help would be appreciated.

When was activation? You need to wait at least until the 14 day cooling off has passed. Have you paid the first bill? Do you have more than 1 BT account which will cause a problem
You need to use pc/laptop not app to access content partners
