I have upgraded to bt halo and had an email saying I can now claim my xbox game pass followed the email and I can see the content partner on my bt

I am sorry for the problems you're having redeeming your Xbox game pass offer. When you log in you should see your account number on the top right hand corner. Do you have more than one account number associated with your BTID?
With the correct account number selected, choose products along the top. From there, scroll down past your listed products where you should see the content partner section underneath. Can you double check that please and post back to let me know?
