If you give our Customer care team a call, they should be able to send off a web form to get this checked out further at our end.

I am getting exactly the same problem and message. How come nearly a year on from the first report this is still an issue?

Have you had a chance to get in touch with our Account and Billing team for help?
They will raise a webform to get the Game Pass arranged for you, and you'd then get the code within 7 working days.

Well I hadn't but just did and it was 47 wasted minutes of my life I won't get back. I can PM you the transcript if you like.
And during the process someone at the BT end appears to have blocked me accessing my My BT page - priceless
That a long known system problem hasn't been fixed after over 9 months and that your support people are totally unaware of it and therefore hopeless at dealing with queries reflects so so badly on the BT brand.

Did the guide confirm if they filled out a webform?
It's a straightforward process which should have only taken a couple of minutes to complete. I'm sorry if your call was a lot longer than expected.
If the guide didn't do this, I'd recommend giving the team another call and asking them to send the standard manual activation webform for you.
