It's not looking good at meeting that deadline. They never contacted me as promised and having just chased them they are claiming they now will.
Meantime the original fault on the BT web site is still there. Not something a world class company should allow after all these months of knowing about the error.
But hey ho if BT want to look like a downmarket garage shop outfit . . .
