Xbox game pass ultimate

Hello, I upgraded my broadband to FTTP back in November and I was sent an email saying I have a 12 month Xbox game pass. 
However I have tried numerous times to access this but there seems to be no “content partners” section on myBt account page 

would be grateful for any help, many thanks

Try using message now in billing and see if they can help. https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
