<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
When I joined BT I had a free gamepass for 12 months I didn't use it at the time as I didn't have an Xbox. I now have one but I am over a year into a 24 month contract...am I still entitled to the free 12 month gamepass since I never used it
