Xbox pass code not received

Hi

I do not think I have received a code to be able to redeem six months pass for my son’s Xbox.  Any ideas?

Thanks.  Yes I have had a look and it seems that the solution was answered privately in most cases.

Has your first bill been paid. Are you checking MYBT using pc/laptop web browser not app
