Xbox service is unreachable through BT wifi

Hi,

For around 2 weeks, my xbox console is unable to connect to online servers through BT wifi.
If I switch to other provider's network it connects successfully.
My xbox subscription is from xbox site and has been using it for 2 years without any issues.
Please advice on how to resolve the issue.
