I am the main BT account holder and gave one of my e-mail boxes to my wife. I have changed over to the Norton protection software as advised but also now need to change my wife's account over from BT mcaffee to Norton AV protection. I have tried to do that on her laptop by using her e-mail address and mybt id as I thought we both had the same btid but the message on hers states incorrect. Any ideas of how to overcome this without changing my id as well (will do so if necessary)

The licences are linked to your BTID and email address.
