Just uploaded the Norton, wat a load of rubbish...... slowed my computer down.. black screen. just deleted the lot.
If you really don't want Norton on your machine. Best run the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool in REMOVE ONLY MODE, a couple of times to remove entrenched, hidden, Norton files. Installing a new Security product can be problematic, if Norton isn't fully removed.
