Recently moved over to the new Norton/BT Security and i note on MY Norton Device Security headings Security and Performane are Protected but not Internet Security. Do I need to set this up separately and if so is there an additional charge from Norton to do this or is it all part of the BT package price. I note that since I have changed from BT Protect to Norton my SPAM emails have increased and when I select "Block Sender" which states "Accepted Successfully" the same ones keep coming back. Can you help an old chap who is not tech savvy out please. Thank You
If you open up 'Internet Security' from the UI, does it look like this typical graphic ?
Alternatively, is there enough info to crib the settings ?
Yes. In My Norton/BT it staes my Security is Protected and my Performance is Protected. It is just asking me to Set Up Internet Security. I am unsure as to what to do as this may be an additional cost and not included in my monthly BT package.
Internet Security, in this case, are Browser Add-ons. There're FREE, as part of the software; but, you are required to nominate your BROWSER, for the correct install. That's the Set Up Now.

Open your Norton device security product.
If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.
In the Norton main window, click Internet Security.
From the browser drop-down list, select your browser and click Set Up Now.
In the Browser Protection page, install all the extensions available.
Browser Extensions are a personal choice. That's why the initiative is with you, to utilise 'em or not.
I'm finding Norton not to be as good as McAfee.
I had Norton many years ago and never really liked it. I can now see why.
Think BT have made a mistake changing from McAfee to Norton.
AV, Suites and associated products are, in the broadest of terms, personal choice. Yes, as in all thing; we're all loathe to change. It doesn't take too long to get up to speed with Norton.
I use 2 pages the most:-
Security History. Lives @ UI / Security
Background Tasks. Lives @ UI / Settings / Administrative Settings / Configure.
Check They've Run ¦ Run 'Em Manually. Very informative.
