"My BT" app wi-fi test shows poor signal strength when it is actually excellent
Phone is Google Pixel 6 Pro
Sitting next to my Smart Hub 2 if I run the My BT app wi-fi test the result is Poor.
However if I look into the wireless settings on my phone it says Signal Strength Good (5GHz)
Also if I use the WiFi Speed Test app it says the signal strength is -46dBm, which is good
Any ideas why the BT app wi-fi test is showing poor when the other two test show good?

Re: "My BT" app wi-fi test shows poor signal strength when it is actually excellent
Hi
Yes, I have the same question. We live in a L shape end of terrace of an old building. Solid walls separate rooms. We have asked for and got an additional Wi-Fi disk. But decided that to ask for a third might be pushing it and have asked for A BT engineer to check things. Both Disks Connection: Good, can it be more than Good? As to Check wi-fi signal this is Poor (dot and one wave) for all the house apart from by the hub where it is excellent. And at the bottom of the garden gave a message 'Something went wrong'.
If I use an App 'Network Cell Info Lite' I get good link near Disks but low near hub.
