150 awful service

Got loads of emails, ring us and upgrade..........

rang 4-5 times minimum 30 minute wait

tried on lone chat sends you back to 150

Is there any other way of contacting BT / EE ???

It's not fair to say awful @davidjill2018 as it sounds like you haven't actually managed to speak to them yet.  They're just a bit busy at the moment, so queue times are long.  Unfortunately there's no other way to get in touch for what you're after.

The 150 service is awful, I didn’t mention the operators. You cannot email customer service, the chat bot just refers you to 150 

BT need to increase their staffing so that paying customers are not forced to wait 30 plus minutes. yes I have tried a different time and a different day. 

No way to message from your account and get a call back.

For such a major communication provider they could do better.

I'm afraid after having problems with BT, since June 4th 2024 and problemly speaking to 40+ Advisors and only now getting close to resolving the Fred Karno's circus that it is I think I'm  well within my rights to call it out as it is.  'Awful Service'
