If you're a BT TV customer, support is included as part of your subscription, any faulty equipment is replaced free of charge, all equipment sent remains property of BT and on loan.
If you have a faulty G5 box, support will replace like for like, however you might want to speak with the sales team to see if you can get a Pro box instead.
If you're not a BT TV customer, you can look online to see if you can source your own, the EE Store doesn't seem to have any listed.
just to add there wasn’t a retail version of the G5 (4K Recordable Box) so only normally provided with BT TV TV subscriptions so any in the marketplace are likely to be secondhand (albeit potentially unused if supplied to someone who never used it).
