Now that My5 is changed to 5. Will the BT Pro box get all the updated streaming channels that are in the new 5 app.. Or will it be another ITV X situation...

I would say it will be another itvx situation and you will need to use a smart TV/fire stick/Roku device to get the full version of the app.
Pro boxes can't even play the FAST channels in the Amazon prime app as far as I'm led to believe.
