I recently re-contracted for 24 months to get the BT TV Pro box and IP Television Channels. I wanted to add Netflix to my account but didn't get the promised email with instructions on how to do that so I went online and added it to my package. However, still no email as to how to transfer my existing Netflix subscription. I am concerned that in the meantime I am getting double-billed.
Can anyone help?
I had a long standing Netflix account before I switched.
I would just login to your original Netflix, and cancel that one.
If you want to manage your Netflix account that you have through BT I am sure you can manage it through my BT account.
