Aerial install for Bt live tv like bbc itv and all Freeview

To get live Freeview tv you need an aerial it’s simple but u need to get an aerial installer to get a good set up in most cases. New houses have sockets but no aerial fitted that’s why so many people get confused

BT will arrange an aerial install for BTTV customers for £30, seems odd that builders would install a socket but no aerial, where does the socket go ?

Builders do not normally install aerials. The aerial sockets and back boxes are usually fitted to cover the conduit that runs from the socket to the attic or to the space where and aerial can be fitted.
