As of 1hr ago,  when accessing Amazon Video I  get a red screen . App starts as normal,  prob arises on playback of content . All other apps work fine and other Amazon devices work fine

Try giving your box a reboot first to see if that fixes it.

Thanks for that . After rebooting 3 times all is back to normal
