Another discovery Plus issue

Since I came to BT just before summer I activated discovery plus. As you probably know every so often it needs you to link device regularly. This has not been a issue until now. Discovery+ is saying I have no subscription, and BT is saying its active. In manage my products I click on manage Discovery +, which takes me to the discovery home page and tells me to buy subscription. even though its says active on BT account. 

Any solution

In almost every case I've examined so far, the issue has been that a different email address was used for the activation. Is there any other email address you could have used? Or maybe googlemail.com instead of gmail.com?
